Just before Christmas, Lyndon lads Ian Hines & Luke Caldicott (who run our Birmingham yard) delivered 50 comfort packs to the Birmingham City Mission – to distribute to the homeless on the streets of Birmingham over the festive period.

For several months leading up to Christmas, Luke & Ian contacted suppliers, to help provide the necessary useful items to put together these packs – which contained sleeping bag, socks, gloves, hats and toiletries.

And the Lyndon accounts team spent their lunch hours compiling the packs together, which then ending up making a difference to those on the streets at Christmas time.

We would like to say a massive thanks to GO Outdoors at Kingsbury Park, plus those at Generation Hire & Sales, AT-PAC Complete Scaffolding Solutions, Provincial Safety, Blinking Lamp and BJ Forklift who all gave generously to this cause. We supplied all the sleeping bags.

This is all part of our corporate responsibility program, where as individuals and as a company, we aim to give back to our communities, charities and those who need support.
